Why are PumpEase better than the other hands-free products on the market?

Flexibility - PumpEase can be worn over any nursing bra/cami/dress you choose or over nothing at all.

Innovation - PumpEase are designed with patent pending, "no-stitch" horn openings thus accommodating ALL makes and sizes of breast pump horns guaranteed. Our openings also offer more coverage than our competitors (just in case).

Durability - PumpEase have bartacks at each end of the horn openings for reinforcement - this is the same type of reinforcement stitching that you can find on your denim jeans.

Accessibility - PumpEase have a hook and eye closure at center front so that you can easily put it on, take it off and adjust it for fuller or less full days.

Design - PumpEase have no Velcro which not only wears out over time, but can catch-on and badly snag your other machine washables. It can also be very noisy when detaching, and if sleeping nearby, could potentially wake your baby. The PumpEase design also supports hand-compression and massage of your breasts.

Size Range - PumpEase fit moms wearing bra sizes from 32AA to 48H and beyond.

Shop Canadian - PumpEase are designed and manufactured with love in Canada by a Mompreneur with over 16 years experience in the apparel industry.

How to use/wear PumpEase

Wrap PumpEase around your bust and fasten in the front over your nursing bra, nursing top (lower panels first) or over nothing at all. Insert the breast pump flanges into the openings, centering over your nipples and then start pumping. You will enjoy having both hands free to read, write, text, talk on the phone, surf, bank online or tend to your baby - ALL while pumping!

General Size Chart - use your maternity or nursing bra as a guideline

size chart - top

If this is your first baby, it is best to be fit for a nursing bra during the last month of pregnancy. This is approximately the same size you'll be once breastfeeding is established.  Avoid being fit for a nursing bra in the first two weeks after giving birth, which is when most Moms are "fullest"; things level off once your body adjusts to your baby's demand.

Most women increase one band size and one cup size, but there are no guarantees. If you have had previous children (and can remember what size your nursing bra was), usually you can use this as a guide for your current pregnancy.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are at all near the borders between sizes, please proceed below to take an Overbust Measurement to confirm the size that you require.

Overbust Measurement Size Chart

It is estimated that 70-85% of women are wearing the wrong bra size.  Therefore, if you are unsure that the bra you are currently wearing is the correct size or if you are in-between sizes and want to double-check which size of PumpEase to buy, please take a measurement over the largest part of your bust and refer to the chart below.

When taking this "overbust" measurement, please be standing in front of a mirror (or have a helper) so that you can be sure the measuring tape remains parallel to the floor (especially in the back where it will have a tendency to sag).  Hold the tape snugly, however don't constrict your breasts.

If you are in between sizes on this chart as well, we recommend choosing the smaller size. If you are still unsure which size of PumpEase to purchase, please email us, we'd love to help!

small chart

PumpEase hands-free pumping support needn't be overly tight - it should, however, fit snugly enough so that it holds the horns in place during the pumps "rest" cycle. Think of when you are nursing - your baby's face is not pressed tight against your breast, is it? The suction of the pump does the work, not the pressure of the horns.

Bust Point Size Chart

There have been several requests for the measurements between the horn openings for each size of PumpEase.  And we are happy to oblige...

This is called the "bust point to bust point" measurement in the apparel industry and we know that it can range greatly from woman to woman.  Just another way we make it easier for YOU to choose the correct size for your PumpEase!

Keep in mind that the measurements below don't take into account the stretch of the fabric or the adjustment of the hook & eye, so if you are looking at the chart below and the bust point measurement is a bit narrower or wider than your body measurement, you should still be OK.

Washing Instructions:

We recommend washing PumpEase Organic by hand or machine in cool water, no bleach and hang to dry. In a pinch you could machine dry your PumpEase, however because of the spandex in the fabric, we don't recommend this on a regular basis as dryer heat will eventually break the spandex down.

Comes in Natural and Galaxie Black (black with white polka dots)

  1. Must have for all Mom's that pump!!!

    By Julie, London Ontario

I honestly can't imaging pumping ever again without my PumpEase! It is the best invention ever for pumping moms. I used to hold the double pump and hated not having any hands free do anything. PumpEase holds everything securely in place even if the bottles get super full. Plus I was able to change the channel on the tv, read a book or hold my baby at the same time. MUST HAVE for all pumping moms!! Oh, you can even use it if you have a single pump or if you're only pumping one side.
