Shipping

Better Baby Health ships to Canada and the 48 Continental United States only.

All orders are shipped Canada Post expedited, Fed-Ex or UPS.

Your shipping address must match your confirmed "Ship To" address you prove us during checkout. Better Baby Health must ship to the confirmed address in order to qualify for seller protection insurance.

Keeping Track Of Your Order  - Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders take 1-7 business days to arrive. Greater Toronto Area shipments often arrive within 1 business day.

At BetterBabyHealth.ca, all shipments over $99 in Canada are FREE. Some exceptions apply, see below:

Shipping Surcharges / Insurance / Tracking Information:
In some cases, distance and/or order size may result in a high shipping cost.  Although we do our best to pay for your shipping costs, some customers may be subject to a small shipping surcharge. Once we receive your order we will contact you with any shipping surcharges if necessary. We sincerely apologize in advance for any delays or inconvenience this may cause.

Insurance is included up to $100 on all orders. A tracking number is also included with all orders. If you would like extra insurance coverage on your order, please contact us before we process your order and we will let you know what the extra cost will be. 

  • For insurance purposes some packages will require a signature.  If you are not home to recieve your package, a notice will be left on your door for you to pick it up at the nearest depot.
  • Before signing/receiving the package, always check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages and check for damaged packaging

Order Turn-around-Time
We do our best to ship out your orders as quickly as possible.  We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. If an item ordered was thought to be in stock but is not currently available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. In order to process your order most efficiently, please remember to include an accurate email address and your telephone number.

U.S. Shipping 

U.S. orders take anywhere between 4-10 business days to arrive.

Better Baby Health only ships to the continental U.S. and does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the occasional customs and border delays, the shipping times to the U.S could take up to 3 weeks.  U.S. shipments may also incur unexpected U.S. customs charges and brokerage fees. This is out of our control and any charges arising from this are your responsibility.

Please note Mother-Ease diapers are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada.

Orders shipped to US addresses will be shipped by Canada Post. Delivery confirmation and Insurance is included up to $100. A tracking number is also included for pakages weighing under 2lbs. If you require a tracking number for a larger package over 2lbs, or would like extra insurance coverage, please contact us and we will let you know what the extra cost will be. 

You are responsible for extra costs associated with taxes and duty that you may encounter at customs. BetterBabyHealth.ca is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages, taxes or custom fees associated with you order.

No Hassle Return Policy

Return policy

At BetterBabyHealth.ca, we strive to bring you the highest level of customer satisfaction and stand behind all of the products we sell.

If you're not happy, we're not happy. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.

If you are unsure about a supplement or product and need some guidance before making a purchase, please use our free service "ASK ROSEMARY" in the right hand bar of our website to ask our Certified Nutritionist Mom and owner a product or health question and get some advice.

Within 30 days from the date your order was placed you may return the item for a full refund minus any shipping charges. After 30 days and up until 45 days after your order was placed, we will refund the item and provide you with an online store credit. Please note the shipping cost incurred to return the item will be at the purchaser’s expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.

  • Product must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund supplements or vitamins. People have many different perceptions of taste, digestion, and health status. What may work for one person may not work for another. We appreciate your understanding
  • Returns must include a copy of the original packing slip.
  • Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment as the initial purchase.
  • Product must be returned with the return shipping prepaid & insured. Shipping charges, customs fees or duties are non-refundable.
  • If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported to us within 24 hours.

There are no returns, exchanges or credit given on used or washed cloth diapers or clothing as per Health Canada regulations. 

Our customers can always be confident that every product and supplement we stock is new, fresh and unused. To maintain this standard of quality for our customers, some of our supplements and products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items include:

Return procedure:

Please email us for a Return Authorization # (RA #)

A Return Form will be emailed to you. Please fill out the entire return form and include it in the shipment. Please include a copy of the original receipt. Properly package the product in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.

Please Note:

To ensure we receive your return, it's always best to use a shipping company that includes insurance and provides a tracking number for the package. (ie. Canada Post Xpresspost, UPS, USPS insured, etc)

Once your return is received and processed by BetterBabyHealth.ca, you will be refunded via the original method of payment for the full purchase price of your merchandise, less the shipping costs.

To further protect our customers information, BetterBabyhealth.ca uses a sophisticated Website Protection Site Scanner from GoDaddy to look for weaknesses in our website that a hacker can exploit. It scans forms, login and password fields, internal and external links. Our Site Scanner scans for more than 3,000 vulnerabilities every day, including spyware, back doors, SQL injection opportunities and cross-site scripting (XSS) holes.

We securely transmit only the data about you which is required to ship your items and bill your credit card for your purchase.
